Hello Sorry for the English...
I am looking for German DIYer "Peterbiehl" from the PP DIY forum.
He was selling some microphone head baskets I am interested in. It does not look like he was able to sell them.
Does anyone have any contact with him?
Thanks a lot guys !
Chuck

germanhot,
Yes you can do the M/S this way as well and it would be more transparent . I wanted mine to be transformers because I was integrating it into a stereo 1176 build so I wanted to reuse the Input and Output transformers. I was also thinking of reusing the same design inside the Poorman 660 ...

I am still trying to figure this M/S hookup problem. I think it works but I noticed something strange. If you turn up the amplitude on one side while in the MS matrix it will invert the phase relative to the other. This reaction only happens at certain levels for both. It's hard to explain.

My second D-LA2A is done with OCC copper wire braided by hand then shrink wrapped then a large Solder wick is ...

Did this one for my producer here in LA for trade on some slick mix-production on some new tracks. Hey Volker I used those old MAllorys in here but I think they might be not so great. When I fire the unit up ,if the gain is up, it squeals a high pitch noise which goes away in 1/2 a ...

Ok I think I found a big problem Bernd gave me a hint when he said his hum went away when he screwed the pot to the front panel.
