Metal inserts help needed....

Hi Guys...
I'm looking for this kind of inserts, i don't even know how they're called technically...
Can anyone suggest me a place to get them ?

Hi Neeno,
have a look at
these.
In german called "Einpressmuttern" für Sacklöcher, may be translated into press-nuts, used for sack holes. Min.Panel thickness is 0,9 mm for M3 (drill diameter 5,8 mm) to 1,2 mm for M6 Nuts (drill diameter 8,7 mm). Hammered in by 2 beats with setting tool.
