Hi all,
I'm new to this forum, found you on a long search for a Sta Level pcb!

I'm fairly new to Diy, but the Sta is definetely on my list
Was hoping to build a Drip version, but it looks like they won't be doing any more other than the 670 pcb in the near future... I've been emailing them since january this year, only replys that im on a short list...

Anyway, greatly intreaged by what is going on here, would be grateful if you can let me know when a pcb comes up!!!

Just for the record: the -20db is still wrong and results in 300Ohm input resistance when not used.

We will leave input pad as it is. Depending on the input transformer you can adapt the values or leave it out completely. Tony is on the way to finish the pcb. Still a few things to do, but we are very close to final release. Stay tuned.

Tony did a great job.
After cleaning up the layout we are going to do a first order of 10 panels. Tooling costs are a bit high for first production run. We roughly devided total costs by 10 and came to our final first run price of 60 Euros plus shipping costs. (price in Zayance White Market thread will be higher)

A panel includes:
- mono main pcb
- main psu + bias psu
- recovery and mode pcbs
- two gates logos for frontpanel
- resistor bending tool
- discharging tool
- two separate regulator pcbs
- relay bypass pcb
- transformer primary selecting pcb (115V/230V)

All in all you get 13 single pcbs in a big panel. All pcbs are breakable. Some can be separated if you want to (bias psu and frontpanel pcbs).
Keep in mind that there might be some smaller issues like silkscreen errors or so. We spent quite a long time on this board to make it perfect. Let me know, if you want a panel.

So you want two panels as shown above, right? With regard to your number of posts I have to mention that this is not a beginners project! A tube project in general is much more expensive than a solid state project. Keep that in mind!!

A stereo unit is very tough, since the pcbs are not that small. You'll need a very beefy power tx with at least 6A for the heaters. Separate Psu for each channel recommended. It's going to be a very tight build. I'm going to list two boards for you. Drop me a line when you change your mind, ok?
